Our last day of Term 2 Sunday Obstacle training is Sunday 14th April 2024 – see you there!

Obstacle Fun Sundays are a 1 hour session taking you through B.FIRM’s fun and challenging obstacles that can be trained on all year round including dual lane obstacle and ninja racing loops, all the mud you can dream of and obstacles for every level/age group- beginner, intermediate and advanced.

We improve our body awareness, control and balance through active play such as obstacle training – and we’re never too young or too old to play!

Obstacle Sundays will be focusing on building strength and learning technique through obstacle play – Mud is optional, fun is compulsory! Our facilities include showers for the mud lovers out there.

Note: HALLOWEEN BATTLE MONSTERS – There will be no Obstacle Sunday on 27th October 2024 as we will be holding a kids Halloween Run with finisher medals. Multi-pass holders with a current 8-session pass at the time will automatically have entry for the event. Event Tickets will be available from August

There will be no session on Sunday 27th October as we will be having our Halloween Battle Monsters Event

What to Bring: water bottle, towel, change of clothes – please sign in on arrival and sign out at end

* Note: Multi-pass is an 8 Session pack valid for 3 months. It can only be used by the participant purchased for and allows the user to bring a friend for FREE on one of their 8 sessions.
