Obstacle Training for Functional Movement is a fun and relaxed session for groups wanting to have a day out with friends, family or work colleagues. These sessions can be adjusted to suit your needs whether its a fun relaxed session, a serious training session or team building activity. Our 60 minute session takes you through B.FIRM’s fun and challenging obstacles that can be trained on all year round including dual lane obstacle and ninja racing loops, all the mud you can dream of and obstacles for every level/age group- beginner, intermediate and advanced.
We improve our body awareness, control and balance through active play such as obstacle training – and we’re never too young or too old for functional play!
Obstacle training will focus on building strength and learning technique through obstacle play – Mud is optional, fun is compulsory! Our facilities include showers for the mud lovers out there.

What to Bring: water bottle, towel, enclosed shoes, crocs/thongs for shower, change of clothes – our waiver will need to be signed on arrival
