Our small group shared PT sessions are a great alternative to traditional personal training and allow you to have the attention and expertise of a personal trainer in a more social and cost effective environment.
You can share your session with a friend or family member or we can find a group for you to join. Each sessions requires a minimum of two people and can held in the gym, at a B.FIRM location or at a location that suits your needs.
