Mum’s Club is a female only training session (you dont have to be a mum to join) that happens twice a week in the grounds of Manuka Pool. This Bootcamp training sessions incorporate a range of equipment based activities, back-to-basics training and conventional gym exercises.
The sessions are tailored to the group and kids are welcome allowing you to get a morning session in without the need to find a sitter. Each session is a challenge and will help you become fitter, stronger and more confident in yourself, your health and your training.
This ten session pass is valid at any Mum’s Club session and there is no expiry date.
