In 2014, B.FIRM has joined forces with The Heart Foundation ACT and a group of high profile Canberra politicians, successful business owners and active networkers who took up the challenge to reduce their risk of heart disease.
The Canberra Celebrity Heart Challenge ran for 12-weeks from September until December and raised more than $53,000 for the life-saving work of Heart Foundation ACT, with Melissa Gelonese being crowned Canberra’s Biggest Heart by raising more than $9000 on her own!
The Challengers were able to access nutritional planning, to help maintain a healthy balanced diet, and training with Lee, to increase their physical activity. Challengers who took up the option of training with Lee joined in our Boot Camp sessions and many also worked one-on-one with Lee in Personal Training sessions during the challenge and have become regular clients of B.FIRM.
Here’s some of what they got up to!
